Club

Our convenor is Damon Christensen. The number of club members is very fluid with some members only in town at certain times of the year, but lets be clear – we’re a small crew always on the lookout for more to join us. If you’re local (even part time!) and are keen for some model building company, or if you just want to see for yourself what we get up to, get in touch via the Contact page.

Meetings

Club Meeting are on the first Sunday afternoon of each Month except in January we will have this off, Meetings rotate Between Club members to show and tell each member’s progress on current projects.

Whitianga is a tourist town so there are always people passing through. If you’re in town and want to have a chat with some like-minded folks (or better yet to sit down at a modelling table for an hour or so!), use the Contact page to send us your details. With enough notice, there might even be cake!

Annual Show

In July each year we hold a modelling display to show off our hard work and encourage others to get interested in the wonderful world of modelling. It’s a modest affair, but growing every year.
